Arton Dyck Holdings Ltd. was established in 1989. Art Dyck and his son began the Winnipeg-based company, which grew to operate five local apartment communities.

 

​In 2013, an opportunity arose to expand on the current family-owned business, with the construction of Ivy Trails; the first newly constructed apartment complex for the company in over 25 years. It was during that time that Shoal Developments Ltd. was established; moving the company forward to embrace the future, while preserving its history.

 

​Shoal Developments Ltd. strives to carry forward the legacy that began many years ago; to be a respectable family-run company that provides safe, affordable and well-maintained apartment rental units for tenants to call home.
